1Information we collect

We collect information directly from you, in two main ways:

• Our website's enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and the area of Dehradun you're in, when you submit a request for a free water test or price quote.
• WhatsApp messages: your phone number, name, and the content of what you send us - text, voice notes, photos, your location (if you share it), or a catalog order - when you message our business number for a quote, repair, or purchase.

We do not use cookies or tracking scripts on our website beyond what's needed to run the enquiry form.

2WhatsApp conversations

Our WhatsApp number is run through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. When you message us:

• Voice notes are transcribed to text so we can understand your request.
• Photos of appliances or parts are analysed to help identify the item and check stock or pricing.
• Your name, requirement, location and conversation summary are saved to our internal lead records, so our team can follow up and so returning customers don't have to repeat themselves.

3How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or book a visit.
• To confirm orders, service appointments and delivery or pickup preferences.
• To contact you about an order or repair already in progress.
• To keep records of past service, so repeat customers get faster, better-informed support.
• To improve what we offer, based on common questions and requests.

We do not use your information for advertising to third parties, and we do not sell it.

4Payments

When you place an order, we may send a UPI payment link or UPI ID for the exact amount owed. Payment happens directly between you and your own UPI app or bank - we never see or store your card, bank account, or UPI PIN details. We only see that a payment was intended for a given order; confirming receipt is currently done manually by our team.

5Sharing your information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Green S Enterprises, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) - to send and receive your WhatsApp messages.
• OpenAI - to transcribe voice notes and analyse photos you send us, so we can understand your request.
• Google Sheets and Zoho Books - to keep our internal customer and order records.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Green S Enterprises or our customers.

6How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide service and follow-up support, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

7Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information from our records.

To do any of these, message us on WhatsApp or call us - see Section 11.

8Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on the security measures of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, our website host, and our other service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging appliance purchases or repairs for their home or business. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our services or tools change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
